Exchanges & Returns

What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with tags attached and the original invoice included. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 days of us receiving the returned item.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Message us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item. Once our team reviews it, we'll arrange an exchange or replacement of the same value.
